Requirements:
Interested applicants must fully complete and sign our rental application, see e-rental application form at the top of this page.
Please send completed application to contactus@ollinproperties.com and attach copy of your last two pay slips, copy of your photo ID and job letter.
It may take a couple of days to process your application; we will contact you when a decision has been made and to coordinate the signing of the Lease Agreement. We also require a deposit of your last month’s rent to be sent by e-transfer or bank draft payable to 2346742 Ontario Inc.
Applicants are taken on a “first come, first serve” basis. We are unable to hold a unit if we do not have a signed leased agreement and the deposit.
