Requirements:
Interested applicants must fully complete and sign a rental application, see e-rental application form at the top of this page.
Please send completed application to contactus@ollinproperties.com. We will process your application and will contact you when a decision has been made. We will then meet to sign the Lease Agreement; at the signing meeting we require the following:
- Last month’s rent deposit in a form of cheque payable to: 2346742 Ontario Inc or we take e-transfer as well.
- Photo ID
Applicants are taken on a “first come, first serve” basis. We are unable to hold the unit if we do not have a deposit.
