Requirements:
Interested applicants must fully complete and sign our rental application, see e-rental application at the top of this page. When submitting your application, kindly email it to contactus@ollinproperties.com and include the following supporting documents:
- Your last two pay slips
- A copy of your government‑issued photo ID
- A current letter of employment
For Students:
- A copy of your government‑issued photo ID
- A copy of your University or College ID or letter of acceptance
- Name and contact information of your guarantor, preferrable a parent
Please allow a couple of days for processing. We will contact you once a decision has been made and, if approved, to schedule the signing of the Lease Agreement. At the lease‑signing appointment, a last month’s rent deposit will be required. This can be provided via e‑transfer or bank draft, payable to 2346742 Ontario Inc.
Applications are considered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Please note that we are unable to hold a unit without both a signed Lease Agreement and the required deposit.
